Adrienne Whitlow
Owner and design-build lead
Draws the first layouts, signs every contract and walks the finished work with you.
About
Whitlow Design-Build is eight people who draw, permit and build additions.
Adrienne Whitlow started the firm because she kept meeting homeowners who had paid one company for drawings and another for the build, and who couldn't tell which one was responsible for the gap. Whitlow Design-Build holds both under one contract: the drawings, the permit and the construction.
We stay small on purpose, so the person who walks your lot is the person who draws your plan, and the superintendent who builds it has seen the drawings from the start.

The team
Three more carpenters work with Brody and Hieu on the crew. They wear the same shirt.

On site
The same person, not a rotating cast. He knows what was agreed.
You can see the day without being there.
Tools put away, floors swept, the work area closed off.
A change order, on paper, before the work.
Book a site visit, and Adrienne or Aditi will walk the lot with you.
